Please pull your Journals out to write down today's notes on the 15th emotion of "Happiness" ...
Journal Notes
The one uplifting and pleasant emotion that we tend to look forward to experiencing in life is this ~ "Happiness".
Happy People
The state of being "Happy" is a very pleasant feeling. Here are some words and synonyms that help to bring the emotion of "Happiness" into view: pleasure, contentment, gaiety, joy, satisfaction, cheerfulness, merriment, joviality, joyfulness, jollity, glee, delight, good spirits, lightheartedness, well-being, bliss, enjoyment, exuberance, exhilaration, elation, ecstasy, jubilation, rapture, blissfulness, euphoria, transports of delight, and Hollywood ending. All of those words sound wonderful ~ do they not? Happiness can be defined personally by each of us in different ways. For what happiness is to me may not be what happiness is to you.
Some people struggle to find "happiness" in life. Why do you think that is? When you think about the many reasons why some people may be unhappy, you are also invited to think about the many reasons why many people are enjoying happiness in their lives.
One way to help you to put "happiness" into perspective when it comes to your life is for you to obtain a "Happiness Journal" ~ or create one . . .
"Happiness Journal" or Your Happy Journal
We've all heard of Gratitude Journals, and how effective they can be when it comes to having a positive influence in our lives. If you have never tried using a Gratitude Journal or a "Happiness Journal", you are invited to pick one up, or create one yourself...

Being happy is a state of mind. We can choose to think about and dwell on negative and unhappy incidents in our lives, or we can choose to think about and dwell on positive and joyous incidents in our lives.
We should remember ~ Regardless of any criticism, complaining, or harsh words thrown at it, the weather does not care what people think or have to say. The weather does not care what your title is or how much money you have. The weather continues to do what it does, how it does it, and when it feels like doing it. Let's make a note of that.
Have a very blissful day everyone ~ We'll be back with our next Blog Session tomorrow!
