Diary Writer ~ Tell Your Story
BLOG SESSION
September 13th, 2017
Good Afternoon Diary Writers ~ We are back for another great Blog Session. If you have your Journals and Diaries, then you are ready to take notes in your Journal about today's Blog Session...
Journal Notes
Today we are going to get into focusing on our daily diary entries. In our previous Blog Sessions, we discussed great tips for you to think about so that you would have plenty of fuel to get started with your daily diary entries. There are several areas that we brought up for you to think about, like Historical Diary entries and Journalistic Diary entries. We also discussed your awareness about the outer world around you ~ your neighborhood, your county, your township, your city, your State, your Province, your Region, your Country, and the Island or Continent you live on.
Another great area that we brought up was the look and feel of your Diary...your Diary should be pleasing to you. If you are a creative or artistic person, not only will you choose a Diary that reflects your creative side, you are also probably skillful enough to design and create your own Diary that will clearly reflect your style and your personality...

If you would rather purchase your Diary from the store, or have already done so, then you will be able to find a decorative Diary that will also reflect your style, because there are many gorgeous looking Diaries on the market for both male and female Diary Writers.

Whatever Diary that you choose for yourself, the main thing you should focus on is writing in your Diary consistently. Consistently writing in your Diary gives you a wider and clearer window of both your internal and outer worlds. You won't miss important details of your life if you write in your Diary consistently. A Diary is meant for you to "Tell Your Story".
READING over your Diary on a weekly or monthly basis is eye-opening, especially if you write in your Diary, and let it rest for a week or a month, then go back to it and read what you wrote.

Let us take a personal example of a matter in your life that is affecting you, but that is not of your own making ~ let's say it is an event that is happening in your city, town, state, or country. There could be an event going on that involves lives, particularly needless murder of innocent lives at the hands of people who should be those you call on for protection. What would you think about the situation? What would you say about the situation to your children? What would you do about the situation? The following example is happening now in the United States in the city of St. Louis Missouri...
Black Lives Matter
Peaceful Protest
The sign reads: "Black Lives Don't Matter to the Police"
What if you are a Policeman?
What if the person being shot & killed was your child?
We're all connected
Must we all lay down?
What is happening now in St. Louis, Missouri in the United States is just one example of the many things going on around the world. You may look it up for yourself on the internet and do your research to find out more.
The things going on in the world may happen to make you realize that whatever complaint you may have in your life (or about your life) is nothing compared to what so many other people are going through. People are starving, have no water, are being poisoned by the water system (like the Flint, Michigan water crisis), have just lost everything due to floods and/or Hurricanes, are in the midst of wars, are being killed because of their religion, and a myriad of other issues.
If you write in your Diary on a daily basis, there will be world events happening every day that may affect you or someone that you know and love. There will always be something happening in your life or the lives of those close to you that will move your emotions and feelings. It is in those moments that you write about how you feel, what you think, what you are thinking about doing, or are going to do about whatever the situation may be.
Think of your Diary as your best friend. When you write in your Diary, you speak. When you read your Diary back, it talks back to you and allows you to gain a deeper perspective of your own thoughts and views.
A Diary is the best way to "know thyself".
