Journal Notes
Learning how to trust yourself in life, and in all that you do may be easy for some of us, and hard for others of us.
As you begin to write in your Diary on a daily basis, you will find out more about yourself and the way that you think. You will also discover why you think the way you think. It will become clear to you about the things that you are concerned about, the things that disturb you, and the things that bring you joy.
More than anything else, when you look back on your diary entries days or weeks later ~ in some cases months or years later ~ you will discover how much you have grown in terms of your thinking and your actions. The things you used to think and do will no longer fit you.
Spiritual growth, as well as soul growth happens when you decide that those two things are important to you. No one wants to remain the same. No one wants to close themselves off to the point where they learn nothing new, and are not able to discover new ways of doing things with a sense of joy in their heart.
For now, in your Diary (or in your Journal), make a list of all of the items in your life that you feel you need to make a decision about.
Diary Writer, make your list...
Those items that you list can be anything from the classes you want to take; the new home or car you would like to purchase; the ending or beginning of new projects in your life; a change of residence; the associations or organizations that you seek to get involved with or disconnect from; business decisions; relationship matters; and/or family matters.
Whatever those things are in your life that you feel you need to make a decision about, just jot them down on your list, and we'll discuss what you can do about the items on your list in our next Blog Session.
For our next Blog Session, we are going to dive in even deeper so that you may have a list of the items that will help you to learn how to trust yourself when it comes to your decision-making.
