"What's Erupting in your outer World?!"

STEP TWO

BLOG SESSION
September 9th, 2017

Welcome back to another wonderful Blog Session Diary Writers, Authors, Artists, Photographers, Designers, Poets, Song Writers,  Novelists, Journalists, Creative Writers, and all Blog Readers, Followers & Visitors ~ We have another day to get in tune with our daily diary writing exercises.  As we progress today with STEP TWO of our Session, we are continuing with the question, "What's Erupting in your outer World?!".

AS A REVIEW:  When we were last here, everyone was reminded first off to "Give THANKS for all of the opportunities that even our struggles bring."  We also discussed something very important that you were asked to write down in your Journal . . .

"No matter what is going on in your world at this time ~ the good, the bad, and the ugly ~ it is all useful for your growth, and your ability to always see open doors, and opportunities even in the midst of struggles."

With the above statement in mind, turning our attention from our inner world to our outer world, when we were last here on the Blog, you were asked to grab your Journal and pen, and take a moment to reflect on what is going on outside your front door.  Without taking a step outside your front door, in your mind you were asked to visualize opening up your front door.  In your Journal, you were asked to write down your vision of what you see outside your front door.

Journal Reflections & Notes

As you open your Journal for today's Blog Session, turn to your answer of the question ~ What do you see?

As you reflect today on your answer to the question, you'll find it interesting to read over your answer.  Right now, ask yourself if your vision of what you see outside of your front door has changed?  If so, what is your new vision?  If not, ask yourself why your vision is still the same?  Make sure you write your answers in your Journal.

As you reflect on what you wrote in your Journal during our last Blog Session, take a look at your one word answer that you wrote down in relation to the description of the "feeling" associated with what you were visualizing outside your front door.  Whatever emotion and/or "feeling" that you had as you envisioned what was outside your front door gave rise to your one word description.  Please take a look at the one word description that you wrote down in your Journal from our last Blog Session.  Do you still feel the same way today?  If you do, please take a moment to write down in your Journal why you still feel the same way.  If you don't feel the same way, please write down in your Journal why your feelings and/or emotions have changed.

If you remember from our last Blog Session, underneath your answers you should have written down the following statements . . .

"What I visualize and see outside my front door is an indication of my expectations."

"How I feel about what I expect to see is an indication of how I feel about what I create for myself."

At this moment in time, in your Journal, write down what your expectations are in terms of your outside world. . .

What do you expect to see?

Journal your expectations
of what you expect to SEE
in your outside world.

Now that you have written down your expectations, just keep in mind that you are the author of your visions.  What you expect is in your control.  The feelings that you associate with your expectations are manageable.  You can control your emotions and feelings.  You never have to be anxious or worried about what you envision.  In fact, you should be confident and excited about whatever it is that you envision. All of your feelings and emotions can be managed without great difficulty.  It is totally up to you.

No matter what is going on in your life today, remember, you can change your outside landscape at any time if what is happening is not to your liking.

The question posed for everyone as we close out this Blog Session for today is this . . .

"What's Erupting in your outer World?!"

To "erupt" is to break out or burst forth
suddenly and dramatically!

Will your eruption be good or bad?

Will your eruption be progressive or destructive?

Will your eruption be joyful or distressed?

Will your eruption be of your making or of someone else's making?

It is totally up to you as to how your life is going to go.   It is no one else's fault for anything that goes wrong in your life.

See the beauty in all things.

Make positive choices.

Choose right paths.

Have a good attitude.

Create beautiful things.

Be pleasant.

Be at peace.

Love and cherish your creative ideas!
