We are back for another exciting Blog Session Diary Writers!

If you are new here, just to fill you in on what we've been talking about, we have been discussing the entanglements in your life that you need to get rid of in order to get seriously clear about your daily diary entries.  We also talked about "How to get untangled".

You can always check out our previous Blog Sessions by clicking on any of the Blog Links that you may be interested in.  You'll find all of the previous Blog Sessions by going over to the far right-hand column under our "Blog Archive"

Be sure to Bookmark our Blog, and also sign up to "Follow by Email" so that you can read each Blog Session as it is posted in your Email box.

Now is the time when we get out our Journals so that you can take notes about today's Session . . .

Journal Notes

"Putting the thoughts in your head in your Diary" . . .

First off, you can start by taking a look at all of your notes from your Journal.  Start with all of the items that you wrote down in response to this Session . . .

Remember the following...

In many cases, the entanglements in your life are a direct result of your inability to speak up for yourself; make correct choices; or be disciplined in your actions with regard to your responsibilities and your life in general.

When you take the time to seriously think about your choices, your actions, your discipline or lack thereof, your responsibilities, and whether or not you speak up for yourself or not, then you will be able to get your ink pen flowing...

As you contemplate your feelings and emotions at this time, be sure to get still long enough to clear out all of the extraneous side-line crap that is floating around in your head.

Here are some tips to help you . . .

Stop worrying about things that you can do nothing about.

Forget about what so and so had to say about you.

Don't over think anything that someone may have said to you in passing, because they have probably forgotten that they even said it.

Forget about others telling you how to live your life, because only YOU can decide that.

For everything that has happened to you in your past that has gotten your spirit down, visibly envision yourself throwing it over a bridge into the water to be gone forever.

NOW . . .

Diary Writers ~ Be sure to take a deep breath before you begin your journey with your daily diary entries.

You have a lot to unload, and your mission, (should you choose to accept it), is to start putting the myriad of thoughts in your head in your Diary in a way that will be beneficial to you learning more about you.

Your first entry should be the place where you honestly talk about what is on your mind sincerely.

Write about:  Your hurts, your disappointments, the people in your life that are meaningful to your well being (or not), your accomplishments, your successes, your perceived failures, your hopes, your dreams, the work you are doing at the present, your travel plans, your vacation plans, any anger that you may be holding on to, and finally . . .

Inspire yourself with your own spirit filled words.

Think the Best
of
Yourself!
