"Diary Writer ~ Learn how to trust yourself. ~ PART III ~ Uncover who you are."

~ Diary Writer ~

Learn how to trust in yourself.

PART III

"Uncovering who you are."

BLOG SESSION
September 21st, 2017

Diary Writers ~ We're back to continue our discussion.  Our topic for today is PART III ~ "Diary Writer ~ Learn how to trust yourself. ~ Uncover who you are".

If you have your Journal and/or Diary ready to take notes for today, please pull it out along with your ink pen.
Journal Notes
for
Your Diary

As you can see from the Journal/Diary above, the words are written for you to reflect upon, "Keep calm and carry on."

The first thing that all Diary Writers learn how to do when writing in their Diaries on a daily basis ~ is how to keep calm.

You learn how to keep calm because as you continue to write on a daily basis and later reflect on the words you have written, you'll quickly discover that many of the items, situations or circumstances that you have written about have long since been taken care of or have miraculously dissipated.

When you remember that worry serves no purpose, anxiety solves nothing, nervousness only helps to upset your equilibrium, and most all of the unease that you have ever had has been nothing more than wasted energy, then you understand that the key to really getting things accomplished lies in your ability to keep calm.

Words to place in your Diary

It is when you have learned to keep calm and relax is when you will uncover your true self.  Uncovering your true self is only scary if you are a horrible person with a dark heart.  Surely that is not who you are ~ right?

If you look at the world and all of its horrors and ills, you will find much to be disgusted about.  The evil in our world can only persist when all of the good people decide to stand by, say nothing, and do nothing about it.

In these days that we are living in, it is about morality, character, and integrity.  It is very easy to tell who has it, and who doesn't.  Would you do anything that a five-year-old would be horrified about?  Are you an embarrassment to your children?  Can the youth in your neighborhood look up to you?

In this day and age of transparency ~ which can be a good thing ~ understand that it can also be a bad thing.  No one needs to know every move you make in life on the tweety bird site or the in your face site, and no one cares about your romantic relationship but you and the person you are involved with...or at least, that is the way it should be.  Frankly, no one needs to know all of your personal business ~ people have enough personal business of their own.  Have you ever heard of TMI?

You'll find a lot of narcissistic people in this world, as well as mentally ill individuals who have not quite yet figured out that they have a mental illness.  (One particular person comes to my mind who is in the news every day ~ but I'd rather not think about it)...

But there is help out there, and if you run across people who need help, please try to point them in the right direction.  Whatever you do, don't start acting like them, don't start agreeing with them, and don't make them believe that their behavior is normal or acceptable.  And, I am not making light of mental illness.  It is a serious issue that should concern everyone.  There are people who are on the streets who are mentally ill because they have nowhere to turn, and do not know how to go about getting help.  If you feel that you may have a problem in this area, please seek help for yourself.  Writing in your Diary on a daily basis is therapeutic, and it will help you to uncover a lot about yourself.

On the other hand, just because you feel that you may be going crazy doesn't mean you are.  You may just need a vacation.  And you may just need to remove yourself from people, places and things that make you feel this way.

About Social Media

As a mature adult, the least you can do for yourself and those in your life is to be responsible.  Don't use vulgar and profane language, and do not put lude and improper images online.  And, don't embarrass yourself by doing things that you will live to regret, because you can't take your words and images back once they are out there for the world to see.

If you are not using social media to learn educational and inspirational information, then you should definitely seek to do that.

If you have gifts and talents to share with the world, you may do well with social media by using your gifts and talents to uplift, motivate, inspire, and teach wisdom.  Many people will appreciate you for doing so.

But if you are only using social media in a negative fashion, to make a fool of yourself, to bully others, to put lude, violent or disgusting material out there, then please don't use it. You are too old to display indecent behavior, and you are doing a disservice to the promising generation coming behind you.

Personal Diary

Here's the good news ~ some things are best placed in your personal Diary.  It is the best place for you to learn about yourself and uncover yourself.

Today, in your Diary, write about the many things that are positive about you.  Write about what you like about who you are.  Write about your interests.  White about your aspirations.  Write about the places you'd like to travel to.  Write about how you would like to help others.  Write about the gifts God has given you that you have not brought to the light of day.  Write about what makes you happy.  Write about what makes you smile.  Write about the person in you that you know needs to come forth.

Diary Writer ~ it is all about "you" in your Diary, so...

~ Diary Writer ~ What's coming your way?

~ Diary Writer ~
What's coming your way?

BLOG SESSION
September 17th, 2017

Good Afternoon Diary Writers, Blog Readers, Followers & Visitors ~ Welcome back to another informative Blog Session.

Today we will be discussing an important topic, and asking you a direct question that will help you to frame your diary entry for today, or upcoming diary entries for the future, "What's coming your way?" . . .

Now for our Journal Notes for today...

Journal Notes

While there may be many things coming your way on a daily basis, the way you perceive those things that come your way is, of course, of your own personal perception.

Whatever things may be coming your way today, the first thing that you should always remember is that it is up to you to frame your attitude concerning whatever you have to deal with.  There are many people that will deal with the exact same thing that you may have to deal with, but they will handle the "thing" ~ whatever that may be ~ in their very own personal way.  While you may be unmoved by something that someone else will be anxious about, it does not diminish the importance of whatever that thing may be.

As an example, let us take a real-life situation of dealing with a literal storm in your life, such as a hurricane.  Hurricanes roll over specific areas, and when that happens not everyone will receive damage from the hurricane.  However, being a neighbor to someone whose house is damaged, while yours is not, does not diminish the fact that a hurricane occurred. The same holds true for other storms, such as tornados...
Tornado touching down

Here's the point, you are not alone in whatever it is that you may have to deal with on a daily basis.  There is someone, somewhere that has had the same issue, incident, situation, or circumstance that you have going on now or may have going on in the future. Whatever you do about the issue, incident, situation, or circumstance is always going to be a personal choice that you will have to make.  You may choose to do nothing, do the minimum, or go above and beyond what is needed.  You may also choose to help someone else who is going through what you are going through or what you have gone through in the past because you have learned from the incident and can help someone else who has not experienced what you have already experienced.

When you pull your Diary out to do your daily diary entry...

Writing your daily diary entry

... as you put your pen to paper, think about "What's coming your way?" ~ What exactly is the issue that is on your plate for today?  Think about it, adjust your attitude, and write your diary entry honestly.

Should you be facing any storms of any kind, be sure to write honestly about your feelings, emotions, and thoughts.  Also, understand that there is always a positive outlook to any situation.  The storms of life may come, but they also pass.

Love & Light always ~

Diary Writers at work!

Diary Writers at work!

BLOG SESSION
September 16th, 2017

Good Morning Diary Writers! ~ It's time to wake up and get into our Blog Session for today, which is entitled, "Diary Writers at work!"

If you will briefly take a moment to take a look at the artwork at the top of our Blog for today, you'll notice a woman with her eyes closed.  Why are her eyes closed? Because she is reaching into the catacombs of her mind to get ready to write in her Diary.

When you awake in the morning, it is the best time to write in your Diary.  You'll have to get up a little earlier than normal to do this, because of course you will have other things that you will have to do in your day.  It means that you'll have to wake up an hour or two earlier than normal so that your mind will not be in a rushed or hurried state before you begin writing your daily diary entry.

If you have your Diary handy by your bedside, you can simply reach over and grab it and begin your diary entry.  If you are a Dreamer, then this will work especially well for you, because your dream will be fresh in your mind, and you won't lose it.  In an earlier Blog Session, we spoke about Diaries for those who Dream at night...

Diaries for Dreamers

Dreams are of special importance because they tell you a great deal about what is going on inside of you.

While you may not be able to tell your dreams to some people you know because they do not take dreams seriously, you will definitely be able to learn more about your dreams by writing them down in your private diary.  If you are one of our Blog Readers and Diary Writers who know the value of your dreams, I applaud you, and you'll understand when I tell you to stay away from people who laugh or ask you what you had to eat if you tell them about any of your dreams. Those people are dream killers.

Those who cherish their dreams and take the time to write them down will find that they will discover more about their "self", as well as the world around them.

There are many dreamers who have prophetic dreams that tell of things to come.  Prophecy is a "gift" given by God to those who are able to handle the "gift".

A little about Prophetic Dreams...
Prophetic dreams are some of the most perplexing and exciting dreams that it is possible for a person to have. Dreaming of the future is rare, and it does not happen with everyone.  But, when it does, you are given an unexpected chance to order your actions accordingly, either to prevent a catastrophe from happening, or to prepare and make the proper contingency plans.  At other times, though, prophetic dreams concern events unrelated to the dreamer's life, and it is unclear what the dreamer should do about the dream, to help in any way in relation to the dream, or even if there is anything possible at all for the dreamer to do. Sometimes prophetic dreams will be clearly intended for the dreamer to take appropriate action(s).  At other times, the dreamer will simply be privy to a preview, as it were, of events which will shortly take place. And, in some cases, the events may be a little ways off, like days, months or years.  If you chart your prophetic dreams, then you will gain a better gauge on the timing.

Have you had a prophetic dream?

An example of prophetic dreams:

1)  Dreaming about natural disasters to come whether in the area where you live, or in a specific region or area that is clear to you in the dream.

2)  Dreaming about a death of someone close to you.

3)  Dreaming of accidents that involve someone that you know.

4)  Dreaming about specific events that will occur in your life, most of the time unknowingly to you other than through the dream.

5)  Dreaming about Leadership of your workplace, Country, Nation, or Global events.

6)  Dreaming about innovative discoveries or inventions.

7)  Dreaming about church matters.

In the cases of personal prophetic dreams, it should be made clear to you that the purpose of the dream is to inform you of an important piece of information which will make a great deal of difference in your life, or to someone close to you.  Paying close attention to a personal prophetic dream and taking it seriously is a way that you can benefit yourself and/or your loved ones.

If for instance, you dream of moving to another location that you had no intention of doing, and it is shown clearly in your dream where the place is in great detail, then you should prepare for your move.

I am sure that many of the Blog Readers here have known someone that has been aware of their own death beforehand, and has prepared for it, and not because a doctor has told them, but because they have been shown in a dream or received a premonition. When they tell others, of course, most times those they tell will dismiss what they are saying, but the dreamer knows already in their heart of hearts, and have made peace with it.

Prophetic Dreams of Natural Disasters

Natural disasters like earthquakes, devastating storms, floods, fires, tsunamis, tornados, and other such disasters have been received in dream form by those who have prophetic dreams before the event happens. Believe it or not, prophetic dreams of this nature are relatively common, and people who have dreams of this nature will have the dream and see the actual dream unfold upon waking on the news, or the next day or a day later.

Dreams tend to reach the receiver who is most receptive.  The important point about dreams is to write them down.  You can look back on them at another time to gain further understanding if you do not understand them at the time you have the specific dream or dreams.  Some dreams are symbolic, which makes the dream harder to understand.  However, the symbolism has importance, and it is best to write the symbols down, describe them, and if you can, draw them out.

Some dreams can be about your health in a veiled way, or the health of someone you know.  Write everything down in your Dream Diary, and come back to it at another time if you don't understand the dream.  As more information unfolds, be sure to include that information in your Diary.

Dreams can also offer a benefit when it comes to doing a reflective analysis of your life.  If you dream about having a baby and you have no intention of having a baby, that dream may possibly be more about you carrying a new responsibility in relation to your job, such as a new project, and not necessarily really about having an actual baby.  It could also mean that you are about to have a new beginning in your life.  You may be in the midst of birthing a new future.  This is where doing your research and understanding symbolism comes into play.

There is plenty of information about dream interpretation that will help you to learn more about your dreams, and also help you to expand your mind.

For your own personal growth, write down and document your prophetic dreams and premonitions. You can later go back through your Diary to see if they have in fact come true, and to what extent.

Dreamers, you may also benefit from further research on dreams, symbolism, premonitions, and visions. There is plenty of research out there to help you gain a deeper understanding.

If you are in the Ministry, or are familiar with churches that take prophecy seriously, you may benefit from learning more from them.  And you will benefit from doing further Bible Studies.

There are also Dream Dictionaries and other Dream tools that will help you to learn more about your dreams.

There is also plenty of scientific information about dreams, as well as quantitative studies relating to dreams.  Take a little time to do further research Diary Writers, and discover new areas that you can write about and learn from.

Until our next Blog Session ~ Keep your eyes open for new discoveries ~

Diary Writer, as you pull out your Diary to write, ask yourself, "What condition is my mind in?" . . .

Diary Writer...
"What condition is your mind in?"

When you get ready to write in your Diary, take a moment to ask yourself a very important question, "What condition is my mind in?" . . .

Your mind needs to be relaxed and open to learning more about your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.  Your soul knows best what your soul is here on this planet to do.

As you search your mind, understand that your mind is a powerful tool.  You can visualize your future.  Whatever good you can envision, you can seek to earnestly create and achieve.  And while some efforts are not God-centered efforts, it is best to always pray about what it is that you seek to do.  Prayer helps you to avoid some of the pitfalls in life, and prayer cannot be discounted.

Understanding the power of your mind, you need to make sure that you understand the power of your words.  We only speak what we have taken time to think about (or dwell on).  We also only write what is in our hearts.

As a Diary Writer, when you write your daily diary entries, understand that if you truly write from your heart, the truth of who you are and what you are will come through.

Being a Diary Writer is an eye-opening experience.

Awake Diary Writer

If you take your daily diary writing to heart, you will gain great spiritual worth and soul revelations.

Diary Writer's ~ Best Writing Spots

Diary Writer's ~ Best Writing Spots

BLOG SESSION
September 14th, 2017

Good Evening Diary Writers ~ Tonight we are going to be discussing the best spots to spend time writing in your Diary.  The perfect spot for your Diary Writing will make a difference in your mental frame of mind as you spend time writing your daily diary entries.

If you would, please grab your trusty Journal to take notes on tonight's Blog Session . . .

Beautiful Suede Journal to take notes...
(Can also be used as a Diary)

If you like writing outdoors, then a Park would be a great place for you to sit down, relax, and write in your Diary on a daily basis ~ maybe at lunchtime...

Spend time in the Park
writing in your Diary
(Maybe at lunchtime or after work)

You'll find that if you spend time in a Park with less traffic, your mind will be more relaxed, you'll feel at ease, and the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that make your writings full of passion and bring forth all of the fine traces of your active life will come through.

Parks are fine places for observation if there are people that you find there.  People tend to walk, bike, read, have picnics, play ball, enjoy games, and have family gatherings in public parks.  If you are a people watcher, then you may just find something to write about in your Diary from going to the Park and bringing your Diary along with you.  Writing about the sights that you see at the Park may also end up being great beginnings to your Short Story, Novel ideas, or Poetry.

Sights at the Park can also spark memories that may bring back personal flashes that would be good for you to add into your daily diary entries.

Finding a nice spot under a tree to sit and write in your Diary is another great idea . . .

Write in your Diary under a tree
You can also do online Diary entries on your Laptop

Being out in nature when you choose to write in your Diary gives you a sense of openness, and this will help you to write better diary entries.  Being in closed in spaces sometimes blocks your writing flow, especially if you tend not to like closed in spaces.

Another great place for you to write in your Diary is in a spot either in a Park or on an off-the-beaten-path Walking Trail...

An off-the-beaten-path Walking Trail

If you find yourself a wonderful spot on a bench in an area where there is a Walking Trail, you'll find that you'll have Walkers strolling by, and timed in such a fashion to bring your mind from your Diary to people walking by, which will give you a rhythm to your writing, and will add an awareness of life from which you can pull from.  This works best if you pick a Walking Trail with few people (if you like solitude).  If noise and activity work well for you when you write, then a Walking Trail with lots of Walkers may be just the spot that you are looking for.  Most Walkers these days will have on Headphones so there will not be a lot of various kinds of music going on in the background.

If you like music when you write, then there are various Parks where you will find people playing music that may fit your style.  Otherwise, you can bring along your own music with your Headphones, which will help to tune out other background noises going on.

Online Diary Writer

If you are an Online Diary Writer, then you may have a great little Coffee Cafe in mind that will work well for your Diary Writing.  Otherwise, you too can take your laptop or notepad to the Park to write in your Diary.

Another wonderful spot for nature lovers to write in their Diary is inside a nice cottage in the woods.  You can always choose either to write in your Diary inside or outside of the cottage...

~ Water Lovers ~

Many Diary Writers love writing in their Diary by the water . . .

You'll find great spots by the water
where you can sit to write in your Diary

Adventurers who love the water will always find unique places to write in their Diary.  If you like the Rapids, just take a look at this Diary Writer...

Diary Writer enjoying the Rapids

For all you Boat Lovers, you can always find a way to steal away onto a quiet boat to do your diary writing ~ especially if you have a boat of your own . . .

Find time to write in your Diary on your boat

If the comfort of your home works for you, then by all means pull your Diary out, get comfortable, and write away ~

Until our next Blog Session Diary Writers ~

Enjoy your life!
