Journal Notes
We are going to move on to Step Two of our Diary adventure. Mostly everyone would like to learn more about their inner self. The best way to get in touch with yourself is to write daily in your Diary. Your thoughts are important. Regardless of what anyone says to you or to others about you, and regardless of what you may even think of yourself, if you are not aware, you must know today that you are SPECIAL.
You are an original, and there are no duplicates. What you have to offer to this world is very unique. Your Diary is an important tool for you to use so that you may find out the intricate workings of your mind, and the whispers of your soul.
There is one thing that you should make a note of in your Journal notes at this time, take one page and place the Header: The insights of your soul.
Soul Travels of a Diary Writer
Step One ~ Introduction
click link above to review
In our last Blog Session we discussed the introduction to our "Soul Travels of a Diary Writer". We are here today to continue where we left off.
Your soul knows exactly what you are destined to do while you are here on this earth. Believe it or not, if you get still, and focus, your soul will reveal to you exactly what you should be doing at this point in time in your life. You are continually receiving insightful direction on a daily basis, the question is are you paying attention?
You will be using your Journal during our Blog Sessions as a practice area for the information that you will be using in your personal daily diary.
If you have not yet purchased your Diary, you can go back and look at one of our prior Blog Sessions where we discussed the various types of Diaries. You will find all of our past Blog Sessions in the far right-hand column under the heading, "Blog Archive". We have discussed the Diary for the following types of individuals: Author, Artist, Poet, Photographer, and Traveler. We also discussed the Diary of Anne Frank to give you an example of a young teenager's diary entries that were written at an important time in history. The Diary of Anne Frank is still being read and researched to this day by millions of people. Anne Frank's Diary demonstrates to all Readers the depths of hatred, as well as the depths of despair. Anne Frank's Diary also serves as a window to a point in history when the destructive devices of wicked individuals was shown to the world without shame. The lesson of how devastating it is when ignorant people blindly follow a wicked Leader who is in power. To destroy innocent lives in mass numbers and ruin hopes and dreams is an unspeakable tragedy. Anne's Diary is a warning to future generations.
Your Diary is a legacy not only for yourself, but also for your children, grandchildren, and if you happen to be like Anne Frank or other famous Diary Writers, for millions of other Readers who will gain a great deal of insight, wisdom, and knowledge from your personal daily life experiences, activities and thoughts.
How do you get started listening to your soul?
The best way to get started listening to your soul is to learn how to meditate. Meditation is the practice of thinking deeply or focusing one's mind for a period of time in silence or with the aid of scriptures or affirmations. Meditation is practiced by millions of people on a daily basis for relaxation, spiritual, religious, or personal purposes.
Thinking carefully about the various and diverse elements of your life is important.
Thinking carefully . . .
Thinking carefully about your life, the people in your life circle, your decisions, your choices, your living space, and primarily the quality of your thoughts will in and of itself change your life dramatically.
Are you ready to make a positive change in your life?
If your answer to the above question is, "Yes", then here is where we will get into the items that we came here for today. We will now focus on the meat for your personal Diary . . .
Your personal Diary
Your personal Diary starts with you. If you have not had the following thought on your mind, then let us re-focus . . .
"You are the determining factor in how your life will unfold from this point forward". Let us all place this point in our Journals at this time. This point is known as the second rung on our ladder. Also known as . . .
Step Two of the Soul Travels of a Diary Writer
Your future starts with YOU.
REMEMBER: "You are the determining factor in how your life will unfold from this point forward".
