Soul Travels of a Diary Writer ~ Step Four

Soul Travels of a Diary Writer
Step Four

BLOG SESSION
August 26th, 2017

Welcome back Diary Writers, Blog Readers, Followers & Visitors ~ We are now on Step Four of our Soul Travels of a Diary Writer Blog Session Series.

If you have your Journal ready to take notes, please pull it out.  We left off with each Blog Reader having the assignment of writing down twenty (20) items in their Journal.  The twenty items that should be written in your Journal are as follows . . .

You should have ten (10) Affirmations that resonate with you, and ten (10) things that have been on your mind that seem to be getting in the way in terms of getting clear, feeling at peace, or sleeping.

Those 20 items that you have written in your Journal are the reference points for you to refer to so that you may strike a balance in your life.  As you begin to write your daily diary entries, you will gain further clarity when you review your twenty reference points from your Journal.

Whenever you have Affirmations that resonate with you, it gives you an idea of what your soul desires may be.  That is the reason you were asked to gather ten (10) Affirmations and write them in your Journal.

Your Affirmations are meant to help you to erase the ten items that have been on your mind that seem to be getting in the way in terms of getting clear, feeling at peace, or sleeping.

Let's take one Affirmation from our last Blog Session as a demonstration . . .

"Today is a brand new day.
My past does not define me.
My future is mine to create."

If one of your ten items from your list of things that have been on your mind that seem to be getting in the way in terms of getting clear, feeling at peace, or sleeping was:  "I have guilt from not doing something a different way a year ago that has caused me problems ever since" ~ The above Affirmation should help you to erase your "guilt" feelings about that particular incident.

Of the ten items that you may have on your list, which of those items can stand up to the weight of the Affirmation that was just used in our example?

At this point, you should ask yourself the following question . . .

AFFIRMATION FOR TODAY:
"Today is a brand new day.
My past does not define me.
My future is mine to create."

There is no issue, problem, or incident that the above Affirmation does not put to rest.

Just like anything else in life, repetition creates a habit, and habits tend to form your beliefs.  Do you believe that Affirmations work?

Please remember from our last Blog Session, the following Affirmation . . .

"It's the repetition of affirmations
that leads to belief.
And once that belief becomes a
deep conviction,
things begin to happen."
~ Claude M. Bristol ~

"Today is a brand new day.
My past does not define me.
My future is mine to create."

We will leave off for today with the above Affirmation for you to focus on until our next Blog Session.  Say this Affirmation aloud after you have read your ten items from your Journal that have been on your mind that seem to be getting in the way in terms of getting clear, feeling at peace, or sleeping.  Then repeat the Affirmation aloud until your ten items dissipate.

Let's see what happens after we come back!
